dollar on fisheries exports would allow more comprehensive models of the fishery economy to be
produced. In this study of Myanmar’s Mekong River sector, ecological, hydrological, ecological
tasks are in corporately carried on by also focusing on ecosystem service with recreational fishing
and enjoying the mountain series, wildlife, Mine-Phone cultural Monastery, various wild orchids,
behaviors and culture of traditional Shan race. This is leading towards nature-culture linkages, by
linking with natural resources and precious cultural values in the Mekong area in Myanmar. From
scientific point of view, observing the degree of water resources as well as its impact and
relationship with fisheries resources are implemented with innovative research tasks.

ethnic groups, youth leader groups, and fishermen from Wan-Pon village (Mine-Pone area, Eastern
Shan state) where Mekong River is steady flowing, my research area; for their warmest help that
enough to accelerate all research procedures efficiently. Finally, my deep heartfelt great thanks go
