It is my pleasure and honour to congratulate you on the occasion of the 72 Anniversary of the Kasetsart University. We are glad that the Slovak University
of Agriculture in Nitra has been a long term partner of Kasetsart University, being able to mutually benefit from the experience and expertise of our experts
dealing with different aspects of science, research and education. We are more than happy that our cooperation that has started years ago including
exchange programmes for teachers and lecturers and project collaboration has a potential to grow even stronger and more intense.

I would like to rephrase my congratulation to Kasetsart University and personally to you Mr. President I would like to wish every success in both
professional and personal life.

During a recent visit to UQ by the Australian Ambassador to Thailand, we were reminded of the significant achievements of Thai universities within Asia, and more
specifically, the achievements of Kasetsart University in the fields of Agriculture and Forestry.
As one of the few research-intensive universities worldwide located in a subtropical environment, UQ is a global leader in Agriculture and Food Science research in
subtropical and tropical production systems, and is ranked 7 in the world (according to the highly regarded QS World University Rankings by Subject 2O13).

Both UQ and Kasetsart University are therefore, well positioned to collaborate and face the scientific challenges of an increasing global population and the pressure that
brings to bear on all aspects of food production, safety and security.
We look forward to extending our long-standing partnership with Kasetsart University into the future.

I would like to express my heartfelt congratulations to Kasetsart University on the occasion of its 72 anniversary celebration. Tokyo Tech and Kasetsart

University have cooperated to establish a program for human resource development with the aim of fostering and supporting world-class researchers
and high-level engineers. We have provided professors and established facilities.

Furthermore, students from both universities have participated in AYSEAS together with Tokyo Tech students for several years. The participants in these
programs are now building bridges not only between Tokyo Tech and Kasetsart University but also between Japan and Thailand.
I sincerely hope that by deepening ties between our two universities, we can enhance collaborative activities for the betterment of society and be able
to offer stimulating educational opportunities to our students. I trust that this celebration will be a huge success and wish you all the best in your future
endeavours.
