Kasetsart University and Okayama University have developed active interchange for a long time. We deepened exchanges by executing a faculty-level
agreement in 2003. In 2007, we reached conclusion of a university-level agreement and kept cultivating our relationship. For instance, we established
“Okayama-Kasetsart International Practical Environmental Education Program (GP Special Course)” in 2008. What unique about this program is that
students from both universities will take courses about environmental science altogether, spending two weeks in Japan and another two weeks in
Thailand. Some students decide to study abroad after participation of this program. It greatly contributes to foster human resources who would participate
actively as an environmental specialist.
We Okayama University wish to congratulate Kasetsart University on celebrating its 72 anniversary. On behalf of Okayama University, I would like to show

our respect to Kasetsart University for playing a significant role as a leading university not only in Thailand but also in the world. I do hope the prosperity

On behalf of the students, faculty, and administration of Osaka University, it is with great joy and esteem that I congratulate Kasetsart University on the

occasion of its 72 anniversary. As we celebrate together this auspicious occasion, we are reminded of the long friendship our two universities have
shared, and the excellence we have achieved through mutual cooperation. Beginning as early as 1972, with the establishment of the UNESCO
Postgraduate Course in Microbiology, our university has had the privilege of receiving many outstanding researchers from Kasetsart University, some of
whom have since returned to your university as professors.
It is with great pleasure that we celebrate your achievements, and Osaka University extends to you its warmest wishes for the success and prosperity of
72 anniversary of Kasetsart University as it continues to advance into the future.

The collaboration between Kasetsart University and Saga University first began as an exchange of science, engineering, agro-industry and agriculture
research in June 1995.
The exchange program was expanded into a full inter-university Academic Exchange Agreement in December 1996. Since then we have been fortunate
to enjoy and deepen our relationship through a very active and productive academic and student exchange between both universities, especially in the
fields of economics, engineering and agriculture. Saga University greatly values this mutually beneficial academic exchange with Kasetsart University
and l am confident that the strong relationship between our two institutions will continue in the years to come.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely congratulate Kasetsart University on its 72 anniversary. Kasetsart University has made significant
contributions to the promotion of science technology in Thailand and your institutions’ efforts and successes have enabled Kasetsart University to
become a center for academic and scientific research.
