Kasetsart University and Chiba University have signed the Agreement for Academic Exchange and Cooperation in 2000 and the Agreement for Student
Exchange Program in 2002. Many students have had great experiences by participating in it. I appreciate your kind support during their stay in Thailand.
It is our great pleasure that many students from your university have also come to Chiba University to study Japanese culture and language in our Japan
program.
I would like to thank you for your long cooperation and look forward to our further collaboration in the future. I wish you every success in your new endeavors.

exchange of high-level bilateral visits. The Memorandum of Understanding signed in 2010 by both sides could serve as an excellent example in the 29

International association including exchange-student contract was formally established on August 5, 1999 between Kasetsart University and Gifu
University. In the recent 8 years, international exchange of delegates has been quite active that covered a wide range of sciences including agriculture,
wild life animals, veterinary medicine, and environmental technology. In addition, Kasetsart University and we, Gifu University, are looking forward to the
near future association in a variety of scientific fields spanning natural science, technology, as well as human and veterinary medicine. We hope this tight
cooperation will definitely contribute to the advance and prosperity of people in both Thailand and Japan.

Over the past 72 years, Kasetsart University has made great contributions to the promotion of education in Thailand, especially in Agricultural sector and
contributed to ASEAN university network in particular. Our university always sees Kasetsart University as one of strategic partners in the ASEAN region
because of your achievements for academic and knowledge innovation. Hanoi University of Agriculture and Kasetsart University has had a long
relationship since the 80’s decade of last century. The first memorandum of understanding has been signed in 1985 and renewed thereafter. Based on this
memorandum, many cooperative activities have been implemented such as faculty and student exchange, curriculum developing, joint research and
training. After nearly 30 years of partnership, many turns of our staff went to study doctoral and master training program at Kasesart University. These
exchanged visits promote our bilateral more in-depth, substantively and effectively.
I wish our friendship and cooperative relationship tied in 2014 will be strengthened and continue to develop further in the future.
