Acknowledgement
This book is based on a research project conducted by the China ASEAN
Studies, Panyapiwat Institute of Management (CASPIM), supported by the
National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) and coordinated by the
Knowledge Network Institute of Thailand (KNIT). I would like to thank KNIT,
led by Peeradet Tongumpai and his team for their excellent job in facilitation.
