หลักการที่ 10:การนำกิจกรรมการจัดการไปปฏิบัติ
กิจกรรมการจัดการที่ดำเนินการโดยหรือสำหรับองค์กรในหน่วยจัดการต้องถูกเลือกและนำไป

ปฏิบัติที่สอดคล้องกับนโยบายและเป้าหมายด้านเศรษฐกิจ สิ่งแวดล้อม และสังคม รวมทั้งไมฝ่าฝืนต่อ

10.1 องค์กรจะต้องทำการปลูกพชทดแทนด้วยวิธีการตามธรรมชาติหรือด้วยวิธีการปลูกโดยใช้
แรงงานคนตามเวลาที่เหมาะสมภายหลังการเก็บเกี่ยว หรือเป็นไปตามแผนการจัดการให้มีสภาพเหมือนช่วงเวลา
ก่อนการเก็บเกี่ยวหรือมีสภาพเหมือนธรรมชาติมากขึ้น

10.1.1 Harvested sites are regenerated in a timely manner that:
1) Protects affected environmental values; and

2) Is suitable to recover overall pre-harvest or natural forest composition

and structure.
10.1.2 Regeneration activities are implemented in a manner that:

1 ) For harvest of existing plantations, regenerate to the vegetation

cover that existed prior to the harvest or to more natural conditions using ecologically well-
adapted species;

2) For harvest of natural forests, regenerate to pre-harvest or to more
natural conditions; or

3) For harvest of degraded natural forests, regenerate to more natural

conditions.

10.2 องค์กรจะต้องใช้ชนิดพนธุ์ในการเจริญทดแทนที่ปรับตัวเข้ากับระบบนิเวศในพนที่ได้ดีและ

สอดคล้องกบการจัดการ องค์กรจะต้องใช้ชนิดพนธุ์พนเมืองและแบบชนิดพนธุกรรมท้องถิ่นเพอการเจริญ
ทดแทน เว้นแต่จะมีเหตุผลที่ชัดเจนและน่าเชื่อถือสำหรับการใช้ชนิดพันธุ์และแบบชนิดพันธุกรรมอื่นๆ
10.2.1 Species chosen for regeneration are ecologically well adapted to the
site, are native species and are of local provenance, unless clear and convincing justification is
provided for using non-local genotypes or non-native species.

10.2.2 Species chosen for regeneration are consistent with the regeneration

objectives and with the management objectives.
10.3 องค์กรจะใช้ชนิดพนธุ์ต่างถิ่นได้ก็ต่อเมื่อมีความรู้และ/หรือมีประสบการณ์ที่ได้แสดงให้เห็นว่า

10.3.1 Alien species are used only when direct experience and / or the
results of scientific research demonstrate that invasive impacts can be controlled.
