ปากใบ ขน

พบที่เซลล์ผิวทั้งสองด้าน เซลล์คุม (guard ที่เซลล์ผิวทั้งสองด้านพบขน 2 แบบ (Figure

cells) มีรูปร่างคล้ายดัมเบล (dumbbell) และอยู่ระดับ 6 and 7) ได้แก่ ขนแบบที่หนึ่ง มีลักษณะคล้ายเซลล์

ต�่ากว่าเซลล์ผิวเล็กน้อย โดยไผ่เขียว ไผ่นวล ไผ่รวกเขา พอง และขนแบบที่สอง มีลักษณะคล้ายติ่งยื่นออกมา

และไผ่มันหมูไม่ปรากฏปากใบที่เนื้อเยื่อชั้นผิวด้านบน จากผนังเซลล์ โดยขนแบบที่หนึ่ง มีลักษณะเป็นเซลล์
ส่วนไผ่ป่ามีการปรากฏปากใบที่เนื้อเยื่อชั้นผิวด้านบน เดียว (unicellular) ซึ่งแบ่งเป็น ขนสั้น (short trichome)
เป็นจ�านวนมาก (Figure 1) หรือขนสั้นหนาม (prickle trichome) และขนยาว (long
