The blood chemical values including creatinine, creatine kinase (CK) and aspartate
aminotransferase (AST) were significantly different between two groups. The creatinine value in Group
A (1.86mg/dL) was significantly lower than Group B (2.06mg/dL) while CK (618.45 vs 380.71U/L) and
AST (38.45 vs 31.57 U/L) values were significantly higher (p<0.05). The creatinine value was highest
in the CIDR-G® out day (Day 12) while CK value was highest in the oocyte collection day (Day 20).

The creatinine, CK and AST values were shown in Figure 3.
