บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษาความหลากชนิดและถิ่นที่อยู่อาศัยของสัตว์สะเทินน้้าสะเทินบกและสัตว์เลื้อยคลานในอ้าเภอบางสะพาน จังหวัด
ประจวบคีรีขันธ์ ด้าเนินการในช่วงฤดูฝนของปี 2557 และต่อเนื่องถึงช่วงฤดูแล้งของปี 2558 ทั้งในเวลากลางวันและกลางคืน
ด้วยวิธีการส้ารวจแบบพบเห็นตัว (visual encounter survey) ร่วมกับการใช้เส้นทางส้ารวจ (line transect) ผลการศึกษาพบ
สัตว์สะเทินน้้าสะเทินบกและสัตว์เลื้อยคลานรวม 17 วงศ์ 36 สกุล 49 ชนิด (สัตว์สะเทินน้้าสะเทินบก 6 วงศ์ 16 สกุล 22 ชนิด
และสัตว์เลื้อยคลาน 11 วงศ์ 20 สกุล 27 ชนิด) โดยมีสัตว์สะเทินน้้าสะเทินบกชนิดที่เป็นรายงานการแพร่กระจายใหม่ในระดับ
จังหวัด 2 ชนิด คือ กบท่าสาร (Alcalus tasanae) ปาดจิ๋วข้างขาว (Feihyla hasanae) และสัตว์เลื้อยคลาน 1 ชนิด คือ
จิ้งจกหินหางเรียว (Gehyla angusticaudata) การศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้จ้าแนกพื้นที่อาศัยของสัตว์สะเทินน้้าสะเทินบกและ
สัตว์เลื้อยคลานออกเป็น 3 รูปแบบ ตามลักษณะการใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดิน คือ พื้นที่ธรรมชาติ พื้นที่เกษตรกรรม และบริเวณที่อยู่
อาศัยของมนุษย์ โดยพบสัตว์สะเทินน้้าสะเทินบกในพื้นที่ธรรมชาติเท่ากับพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม (17 ชนิด) และบริเวณที่อยู่อาศัยมี
ความหลากชนิดของสัตว์สะเทินน้้าสะเทินบกน้อยที่สุด (6 ชนิด) ส้าหรับสัตว์เลื้อยคลานเลือกใช้ประโยชน์ในพื้นที่ธรรมชาติมาก
ที่สุด (17 ชนิด) รองลงมาเป็นพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม (15 ชนิด) และบริเวณที่อยู่อาศัยของมนุษย์ (7 ชนิด)

ABSTRACT

Species diversity of herpetofauna and their habitat utilization in Bang Saphan District, Prachuap Khiri Khan
Province was studied during rainy season in 2014 and continue to dry season in 2015 by using visual
encounter survey and line transect method during day and night time. The results obtained 17 families 36
genera 49 species of amphibians and reptiles (6 families 16 genera 22 species of amphibians and 11 families
20 genera 27 species of reptiles). Two anuran species (Alcalus tasanae and Feihyla hasanae) and one reptile
(Gehyra angusticaudata) were documented as new provincial records. Habitat utilization by amphibians and
reptiles in Bang Saphan District were divided into 3 types categorized by land utilization includes natural
habitat, agricultural habitat and residential area. The natural and agricultural habitats found the equal
diversity of amphibian species (17 species). The residential area found the lowest species diversity of
amphibians (6 species). In the other hand, reptiles showed the highest species diversity in natural habitat
(17 species) follow by agricultural habitat (15 species) and residential area (7 species).
