Warakom Yimnoi 2024: The expectations of students, lecturers, and staff on the landscape
development of Kasetsart University, Bang Khen

The purpose of this research on “The expectations of students, lecturers, and staff on
the landscape development of Kasetsart University, Bang Khen”are to study about the
expectations and factors affecting to expectations of the landscape of Kasetsart University,

Bang Khen. The 400-sample size are divided into 3 groups: students, faculty and staff of
Kasetsart University, Bang Khen. The researcher used quantitative research with questionnaires
as a tool for collecting data. The statistics which applied for the data analysis included
percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - Test statistics, and One-way ANOVA with the

statistical significance level at 0.05.

The research results indicated that the expectations for the development of the
landscape area in Kasetsart University, Bang Khen found that the expectations for the area

along the campus travel road were at a high level with an average of 4.16. Meanwhile, the
traffic island, the garden area around the building and other small gardens were at the highest
level with an average of 4.48, 4.50 and 4.57. About the hypothesis testing, it found that 1) all

demographic factors of students had no statistical significance of expectations towards the
development of the landscape area 2) all demographic factors of teacher had no statistical
significance of expectations towards the development of the landscape area and 3) the
demographic factors regarding to the education level had statistical significance of
expectations towards the development of the landscape area in Kasetsart University, Bang

Khen at the significance level of 0.05, respectively.
